Seele is a powerful member of Wildfire, the ruling faction of Belobog’s Underworld in Honkai: Star Rail.<\/a> She is a single-target Quantum-based character and the first limited unit that will be available for players to summon with the release of Patch 1.0. Seele is an incredibly fast character (the fastest unit in the game at launch) and has a unique ability that will help anyone who summons her. <\/p>\n

However, without the correct build, including Eidolons, Light Cones, and Relics, Seele will not be able to reach her full potential. That’s where we come in. This article will cover everything you need to know about the best Seele build in Honkai: Star Rail, including Eidolons, Light Cones, Relics, and more!<\/p>\n

Best Seele Build In Honkai: Star Rail<\/h2>\n

As mentioned, Seele is a single-target Quantum element damage dealer. With her incredible speed stat and powerful damage multipliers, there are few enemies who can stand up to her in combat. However, what makes Seele so sought-after is her unique ability. Whenever Seele defeats an enemy in combat, she will be able to take another turn.<\/p>\n

This is limited to once per reset, but her Ultimate also activates this. If built fast enough, players can chain basic attacks into resets into Ultimates into resets and wipe an entire team without the enemy ever taking a turn!<\/p>\n

For these reasons, it is recommended to build Seele with as much damage and speed as possible in order to capitalize on her unique ability. She needs enough power to get the kill, after all. <\/p>\n

  • Thwack (Basic ATK): <\/strong>“Deals 60% of Seele’s ATK as Quantum DMG to a target enemy.”<\/li>\n
  • Sheathed Blade (Skill): <\/strong>“Deals 121% of Seele’s ATK as Quantum DMG to a target enemy and Seele gains 25% SPD for 2 turn(s).”<\/li>\n
  • Butterfly Flurry (Ultimate):<\/strong> “Seele receives a buff and deals 256% of her ATK as Quantum DMG to a target enemy.”<\/li>\n
  • Appear Again (Talent): <\/strong>“Gains a buff on defeating an enemy and receives an Extra Action. While buffed, Seele increases her DMG dealt by 44% for 1 turn(s). If the enemy is defeated during the Extra Action gained by her Talent “Appear Again,” This Talent will not take effect.”<\/li>\n
  • Phantom Illusion (Technique): <\/strong>“After using Technique, gains Stealth for 20 second(s). While Stealth is active in the Maze, Seele cannot be detected and will gain buff after triggering combat with an attack.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Honkai: Star Rail Seele Best Light Cones<\/h3>\n

    The best Light Cone for Seele in Honkai: Star Rail is In The Night. <\/strong>This Light Cone is specifically designed for Seele and has the following ability:<\/p>\n

    In The Night: <\/strong>Increases Seele’s CRIT Rate by 12%. If Seele’s SPD is above 100, for every additional 15 SPD, increases Seele’s Basic ATK DMG and Skill DMG by 8% and increases Seele’s Ultimate CRIT DMG by 8%. This effect can stack up to 6 time(s). <\/p>\n

    Seele is already incredibly fast, and this Light Cone scales with Seele’s Speed providing even more damage for those choosing to invest entirely into Seele’s SPD stat. <\/p>\n

    Relics are gearing options players can use to take advantage of several set bonus effects. Here is an example Relic build for Seele<\/p>\n

    • Genius of Brilliant Stars: <\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 2 Piece: Quantum DMG increases by 12%.<\/li>\n
      • 4 Piece:  Increases Seele’s ATK by 10% after an action (stacks up to 4 times). <\/li>\n
      • 5 Piece: Quantum DMG increases by 12%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Musketeer of Wild Wheat:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • 2 Piece: ATK increases by 10%.<\/li>\n
        • 4 Piece: Seele’s SPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG by 10%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Players should try to maximize Seele’s DMG wherever possible as Seele needs to defeat enemies in order to trigger her powerful Extra Action. <\/p>\n

          Each character in Honkai: Star Rail comes with six Eidolon levels. These are Seele’s:<\/p>\n

          1. Butterfly Dance: <\/strong>Skill’s SPD Boost can stack up to 2 time(s). <\/li>\n
          2. Cut Off: <\/strong>When dealing DMG to an enemy whose HP is 50% or lower, Seele’s CRIT Rate increases by 15%. <\/li>\n
          3. Dazzled: <\/strong>Increases Seele’s Ultimate Level by three (capped at 15) and her Basic ATK Level by one (capped at 10). <\/li>\n
          4. A Glimpse: <\/strong>When Seele defeats an enemy, she regenerates 15 Energy. <\/li>\n
          5. Keen and Sharp: <\/strong>Increases Seele’s skill level by three (capped at 15) and her Basic ATK level by one (capped at 10).<\/li>\n
          6. Separation: <\/strong>After using her Ultimate, inflicts the target enemy with Butterfly Flurry for 1 turn(s). After getting attacked, the enemy suffering from Butterfly Flurry takes an additional 30% of Seele’s Ultimate DMG as Quantum DMG. If the target is defeated by the additional Butterfly Flurry DMG triggered by other allies’ attacks, Seele’s Talent will not be triggered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
