If you’ve tried to catch an Eel but haven’t had any luck, you might be wondering where and when they can be found. In this guide, we’ll go over how to catch Eel in Stardew Valley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How To Catch Eel In Stardew Valley<\/h2>\n

Thankfully, like Catfish<\/a>, Eel are one of the easiest fish to catch in Stardew Valley. You’ll be able to catch them during the spring or fall<\/a> during rainy weather, during the hours of 4 pm to 2 am. All of the Eel in the game are in the ocean at the beach.<\/p>\n

You catch an Eel the same way you catch any other fish in the game. Once you have your fishing rod, cast your line into the ocean during the evening or night and wait for a bite.  When you feel a bite, press and hold the left mouse button to keep the fish in the green bar. Release the button when the fish is tired, and it will be caught. <\/p>\n

If you want to catch an Eel outside of the spring or fall season, or if the weather just isn’t working out for you, try putting some Magic Bait on your line. This will allow you to catch any type of fish regardless of the weather, season, or time. While this doesn’t guarantee you’ll get an Eel, it does give you the opportunity to catch one no matter where you are or what the time is.<\/p>\n
