You&#8217;ll also need to be out fishing during the specific hours of 12 pm &#8211; 2 am. (To learn how to check the time, date, and season in Stardew Valley, check out our helpful article on the topic.)<\/p>\n<p>To find some Walleye, you&#8217;ll need to fish in the river &#8211; either in Pelican Town, or Cindersap Forest &#8211; the mountain lake, or the Cindersap Forest pond. You can also catch Walleye in your farm pond if you have a Riverland Farm or Forest Farm. However, your best bet is at the Cindersap Forest pond, where you have a 32% chance of getting a Walleye if you&#8217;re there in the right season and at the right time.<\/p>\n<p>From there, just toss your lure into the water and wait for a bite. The method for catching Walleye is the same as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/stardew-valley\/catch-catfish\">how to catch Catfish<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/stardew-valley\/catch-eel\">how to catch Eel<\/a>, and all other fish; once you get it on your line, reel it on in!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you use Magic Bait, you&#8217;ll be able to catch a Walleye &#8211; and any other fish &#8211; regardless of the season, time, and weather.
