Defeating this legendary boss can cause plenty of frustration among players since the launch of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor<\/a>. Noticeably, the Spawn of Oggdo is a formidable enemy, but not without cause, given the events leading up to this vicious confrontation.<\/p>\n

However, paying close attention to its movements and attacks should give you an idea of how to approach it best and, in doing so, defeat it. We’ve compiled a detailed guide of the best strategies to defeat the Frog boss, the Spawn of Oggdo, in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Frog Boss The Spawn Of Oggdo: How To Defeat<\/h2>\n

The Spawn of Oggdo is located at Fort Kah’lin and can be accessed using the closest Meditation Point, where a grapple can find a series of bridges to reach its location. According to popular YouTuber and content creator, Fextralife, fighting more defensively is key, as positioning yourself in front of the boss and utilizing a single Lightsaber allows you to engage with the boss without having to worry about animations that take too long to play out.<\/p>\n

The Spawn of Oggdo has a few phases, which you’ll have nothing to rely on, but monitoring its movements only attacks following consecutive biting attacks. Therefore, you can block its single-biting attacks or, better yet, parry them until it allows you to attack them.<\/p>\n

Keep repeating this attack pattern until its health has been depleted, where you’ll need to change tactics and its attacks get more aggressive. This boss will use attacks that make it harder to block or parry, which includes attacking you consistently or launching a charged running or biting attack.<\/p>\n

Look out for the glowing red attacks, as you’ll need to reposition Cal by jumping over the boss before attacking it. This includes an attack where the boss will forcefully lunge in your direction, for which moving forward before double jumping over the boss can best avoid this attack.<\/p>\n

The Spawn of Oggdo will also utilize other attacks using its tongue and trying to jump onto Cal to inflict some damage which is being out of range or dodging\/rolling it if timed well. Watching its attacks and repeating this strategy will eventually make its health go down fairly quickly, but it requires time and patience.<\/p>\n

Additionally, if you can lure it to attack you and read its attacks well, you can evade, dodge, parry, or jump over the boss quickly enough to get in a few attacks before repeating them. Dodging isn’t entirely effective at times, but players that have faced him multiple times and have a good read on him can avoid its attacks, although not consistently.<\/p>\n

Eventually, following this strategy will make you successful in this battle at finally defeating the Spawn of Oggdo.
