No, you cannot change the gender of the Trailblazer in Honkai Star Rail after already selecting one. <\/strong>At the start of the game, there is a confirmation informing players that “The receptacle cannot be changed after verification.” This lets players know that their decision is final. <\/p>\n

Considering Honkai Star Rail will likely be around for a long time, it pays to take an extra second or two to think about whether you want to spend your time as the male or female Trailblazer in the game because, unless you change your account, this will be the character you are controlling and looking at for the majority of your in-game time. <\/p>\n
