Gloom is a new mechanic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom<\/a> found in the underground that can reduce your maximum health. When you stand on a gloomy ground or get hit by a gloomed enemy, you will lose one of your hearts. These lost hearts are not the same as regular damage, as they will not regenerate on their own.<\/p>\n In other words, your Health\/Hearts will go down and crack when you touch Gloom or its infected foes. This is called Gloom Damage. The worst thing is normal healing won’t work on cracked hearts. So how will you recover broken hearts after being damaged by Gloom in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Let’s find out.<\/p>\n There are three ways to heal broken hearts that have been damaged by Gloom:<\/p>\n Lightroots are glowing green lights that are found throughout the Depths.
