Characters themselves are also not terribly important in this game because there is no competitive PVP that requires certain characters to stay relevant. What this means is that you are free to pull on whatever banners you choose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That being said, Jing Yuan&#8217;s Light Cone is incredibly strong, and here are a few reasons why you may want to consider pulling it. And, if you need a quick reminder, here is the Light Cone&#8217;s ability:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before Dawn: <\/strong>Increases the wearer&#8217;s CRIT DMG by 36%. Increases the wearer&#8217;s Skill and Ultimate DMG by 18%. After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Unlike <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/honkai-star-rail\/best-seele-build\">Seele<\/a>&#8216;s Light Cone, there are several alternatives like Swordplay. However, Before Dawn is too perfect for Jing Yuan to skip out on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1h121vifg5\">Before Dawn Is Good For Future Erudition Characters<\/h3>\n<p>Before Dawn provides a lot of damage that future Erudition characters will surely be able to take advantage of.
