Honkai Star Rail is a primarily PVE game, meaning no players have to worry about keeping up with a constantly evolving competitive metagame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That being said, Kafka&#8217;s Light Cone is incredibly strong not only on her but on any other characters that rely on inflicting DoT. Not only does it boost damage dealt by attacks to enemies inflicted with DoT, but it also increases the DoT they receive.
