With the launch of Elder Scroll Online’s<\/a> latest chapter, Necrom, a huge variety of new challenges and items have been added to the MMORPG. This expansion sees the arrival of the brand new Arcanist class<\/a>, where players can wield powerful destructive, restorative, or defensive magic thanks to arcane energies. Players will also find themselves returning to Morrowind, this time to explore the Telvanni Peninsula and Hermaeus Mora’s Daedric realm of Apocrypha. <\/p>\n

As with every new ESO expansion, new items and rewards have been made available through various means. In Necrom, players can take part in the Bastion Nymic World Event for their chance to grab all-new item sets and collectibles. <\/p>\n

Bastion Nymic is designed for groups of up to four players, where they’ll need to infiltrate one of Apocrypha’s most heavily defended fortresses. “Rival princes have invaded Bastion Nymic, turning his own servants against him,” said Richard Baker<\/a>, the Senior Writer-Designer behind the Bastion Nymic. “The invaders located the places where the nymics of the bastion’s guardians were held and now use them to compel or suborn Mora’s own protectors.” <\/p>\n

With the dungeon being designed for groups of four, solo players might have the odds stacked against them — but it won’t be impossible. Players are also encouraged give Bastion Nymic multiple attempts in order to earn more exciting rewards.<\/p>\n

Much like the new Sanity’s Edge Trial<\/a> in ESO Necrom, Bastion Nymic features a number of item sets and exclusive collectibles to earn. Most notably is perhaps the Obsidian Dwarven Sphere pet<\/strong>, earned through the Keeper of the Bastion achievement.<\/p>\n

Completing the PvE group challenge can also contribute to numerous zone rewards, including the Berylglow Nix-Ox Steed<\/strong>, the legs for the Shroomtender’s Garb outfit<\/strong>, and a fragment of the Almalexia Tales of Tribute deck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The exact number of items and cosmetics on offer has yet to be revealed ahead of the chapter’s launch, but we’ll continue to update this page as more are unveiled. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
