Hundreds of Altars of Lilith are scattered across Diablo 4‘s world of Sanctuary, providing stats increases to all your characters. However, there are only four (4) Altars that provide Paragon Points, and those are by far the most important ones!

If you are looking for the location of only the Altars of Lilith that give out Diablo 4 Paragon Points as rewards for finding and interacting with them, then we’ve got you covered!

Update on 2 August 2023: We've updated this article with the latest info on Altars of Lilith that give players Paragon Points in Diablo 4 Season 1.

To get the maximum possible Paragon Points of 224, you might need to find those final four points from the Altars of Lilith that provide them as rewards. Many Diablo 4 players do not even know about them, and to be honest, we only found our first one after reaching level 60 and doing some Grim Favors for the Tree of Whispers.

Instead of showing you the location of all Altars of Lilith (which we already have in our full guide), we have marked the map below with JUST those four that give players Paragon Points for all their characters!

Yes, all the Altars of Lilith that reward Paragon Points are located in the Dry Steppes region, and one of them is found in a Fields of Hatred area, so get ready for some potential PvP engagements as you head to their locations.

To be clear, each of these Altars gives one Paragon Point. You don’t need to unlock them again on your other characters on the Eternal Realm.

As an additional tip, you should always watch out for the red glow from an Altar of Lilith and pick it up as you ride through the world. It can be interacted with while you are on your mount, making the process both quick and rewarding.
