Archetypes are basically different classes that offer favors different playstyles. Every Archetype in Remnant 2 also wields unique weapon types, skills, perks, and trait. There are four Archetypes in Remnant 2. While you start off with one, you can unlock and switch to other Archetypes later in the game. These are Challenger, Gunslinger, Medic, and Handler. They also boast a ton of armor and are best suited for players who like to get in the face of enemies. It&#8217;s perfect for solo players who want to let their loyal companion take center stage while they chuck away the enemy&#8217;s health from a distance. In co-op, the Handler can boost movement and revive speed for all the party members. The player can also command their companion to revive or guard other party members in the heat of the moment. One of their perks, Bonded, allows the companion to revive the player with 50% health.
