This guide pinpoints the exact locations of all Diablo 4 cellars in Kehjistan<\/strong> and discusses the potential rewards players can look forward to as they farm the open world of Sanctuary, so let’s get started.<\/p>\n

The image above comes from D4Planner.io<\/a>‘s map section, showing you all the Cellar locations. I personally checked most of these while completing my hunt for all the Altars of Lilith in the Kehjistan region<\/a>, and I can confirm they are 100% accurate.<\/p>\n

Cellars do not provide Renown<\/a>, but they are part of the Grim Favor rotation for the Tree of Whispers. While going out of your way to complete every cellar in Kehjistan might not be worth it, we do suggest you complete every one you come across while farming Renown or simply doing some other open-world activities.<\/p>\n

Undoubtedly the biggest reward you can get from a Cellar in Kehjistan is the “loot cave,” where a bunch of Treasure Goblins<\/a> spawns. This will provide you with several Legendary items, which can be of Sacred or Ancestral quality, depending on the World Tier difficulty level you are playing.<\/p>\n

On average, however, you will find either a bunch of elites or normal mobs to kill, with standard drop rates and a chest featuring gold, some XP, and a few rare items. Some cellars also spawn events, which provide an additional chest on completion, and, of course, more mobs to slay.<\/p>\n
