Remnant 2’s<\/a> post-apocalyptic world is filled with secrets that, if unearthed, you are rewarded with handsome loot that lets you power up your character. Several secret locations and puzzles in the game lead you to bosses, items like amulets and rings, and sometimes, hidden weapons. <\/p>\n

Among many, we have two secret areas<\/a> in the hub area of Remnant 2, Ward 13<\/a>, that you can access to get a Pistol category weapon called the MP60-R and a Long Gun, the Chicago Typewriter. <\/p>\n

We already have a guide on how to get the MP60-R weapon<\/a>, so make sure to check it out. Whereas in this guide, we will talk about how you can access the secret portal gate found in the cargo area of Ward 13 to obtain the Chicago Typewriter Long Gun in Remnant 2. <\/p>\n

How To Access The Portal Gate In Ward 13 In Remnant 2<\/h2>\n

To access the portal gate in Ward 13’s cargo area, you must first progress the game till you clear your first biome, make your way to The Labyrinth<\/strong> and obtain the Biome Portal Key<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once that is done, head to Fractured Ingress<\/strong>, the starting area of The Labyrinth, and make your way to the location shown in the below map screenshot:<\/p>\n

After that, jump down and follow the path until you find another portal. Take it and keep moving till you reach a dead end. Once there, check on the left side, and you will discover climbable structures. <\/p>\n

Now, scale the wall and keep moving until you reach a secret portal gate<\/strong>. Once you are there, interact with it, use the Biome Portal Key, and then use the portal.<\/p>\n

It will take you to the hidden portal inside the cargo area of Ward 13, where you will find a journal you can read if you are a lore hunter or just collect the Chicago Typewriter and the MK II armor set<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Update<\/strong>: For players who are wondering about the White Orb like item required to open the portal is the Biome Portal Key<\/strong> that you can obtain from the Keeper of Realms at the end of The Labyrinth biome. <\/pre>\n
