Thankfully, the team behind Baldur’s Gate 3, Larian Studios, has already cleared up some of players’ worries. In an FAQ<\/a>, posted to the official Baldur’s Gate 3 website, developers Larian Studios confirmed that the game will not have in-game purchases or microtransactions<\/strong>. The full statement read, “No, there are no in-game purchases in our game. We believe in providing a complete and immersive gaming experience without the need for additional purchases. Enjoy the game to its fullest without any additional costs or microtransactions.”<\/p>\n

For the majority of fans, this will come as welcome news. Players can rest easy knowing that they’re purchasing the full game, in its entirety, without having to budget for additional content. Of course, there’s always the chance that Baldur’s Gate 3 could see traditional expansion packs further down the line, but likely nothing that will prevent players from enjoying a full experience within the base game.<\/p>\n
