Today, July 25, Epic Games announced<\/a> that a brand new collaboration would be making its way to Fortnite<\/a>, this time with Futurama. The long-running American animated comedy was recently revived by Hulu,  with a 20-episode order. The new season premiered on July 24, 2023. <\/p>\n

And what better way to celebrate a revival of an animated classic than by bringing it to Fortnite. Epic Games announced the collaboration through a brief teaser, posted to the official Fortnite Twitter account. The post read, “ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD. 7.26.23.” The date suggests that the new collaboration could be dropping as early as tomorrow, July 26. The post was accompanied by a short teaser, picturing Futurama gag Hypnotoad on an animated billboard in Mega City, a major Fortnite POI.<\/p>\n

While the recent post by Epic Games hasn’t officially confirmed that the Futurama collaboration will be dropping tomorrow, all signs seem to point to that being the case. The Twitter post links to the official Fortnite YouTube channel<\/a>, where a scheduled broadcast for the collaboration is set to take place on July 26, at 10:00 a.m. <\/p>\n

Known Fortnite leaker, HYPEX, also posted<\/a> that the collaboration is set to drop on July 26. The post read, “A Fortnite x Futurama Collab drops Tomorrow.”<\/p>\n

Fortnite x Futurama Speculated Cosmetics, Items, Skins<\/h2>\n

The full extend of the Fortnite x Futurama collaboration has been kept under wraps, though we can likely expect Epic Games to shed some more light on the crossover tomorrow. As for what players can expect to see, previous collaborations have been known to take an IP’s most popualr characters and turn them into playable skins. For the Futurama crossover, there’s a high chance we could be seeing the likes of Fry, Leela, and Bender take to the island.<\/p>\n
