This is especially so, considering Honkai Star Rail is a PVE game, meaning players don’t have to keep up with a competitive metagame. <\/p>\n

This could be both a reason to pull or not to pull. Topaz has a very unique kit, and it is unlikely that another character will have the same mechanics as her in the future. Topaz Will Likely Be Better Than Himeko<\/h3>\n

It is no secret that Himeko is arguably the worst five-star character in Honkai Star Rail at the time of writing this. Unfortunately, her damage is lackluster, and she requires too much support to be viable.
