Call of Duty<\/a> players are once again gearing up for a brand new seasons worth of content in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone<\/a>. With the launch of Season 6<\/strong>, there are new Operators<\/a> to unlock, events to enjoy and, of course, a new selection of weapons. In order to keep the weapon pool fresh, and to kick off the new season in style, players can expect new guns to take to the field. <\/p>\n

Typically, when new weapons are released across Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone, players can expect a sharp rise in these new offerings being used in matches. The start of the season is often the most exciting time, with more chaos and experimentation unfolding as players test out the new weapons for themselves. Whether any of these new offerings will make it into the meta remains to be seen. Below, we’ll list all of the new weapons that are making their way to Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone in this latest season.<\/p>\n

Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone Season 6: All New Weapons<\/h2>\n

As part of the Season 6 roadmap<\/strong>, Activision has revealed that the following weapons will be making their way to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. <\/p>\n

    TR-76 Geist (Assault Rifle)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A hard-hitting bullpup assault rifle chambered in 7.62 x 39 mm. Highly modular, this weapon system can be adapted to fit a wide range of tactics and combat scenarios.<\/p>\n

                    All three of these new weapons will be available as part of the Season 6 Battle Pass, making them available at launch. <\/p>\n
