2023 has seen plenty of games get a lot of people excited. Of all of the games that came out in 2023, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom<\/strong> was probably the most anticipated. Aannounced several years ago, the game finally had its big release in 2023. Now fans are hoping for a DLC<\/a> announcement to come at any minute.<\/p>\n

There’s an amazing amount of secrets hidden in Tears of the Kingdom, some of which see players collecting various weapons<\/a> throughout the game. A lot of the weapons start off decayed so you have to fuse items to them to make them stronger. Here, we are going to tell you how to find pristine weapons in Tears of the Kingdom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How To Find Pristine Weapons In Tears Of The Kingdom<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You will start Tears of the Kingdom using decayed weapons against strong foes. (Picture: Nintendo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In Tears of the Kingdom<\/a>, the story starts off with a substance called Gloom destroying the Master Sword. The Gloom eventually escapes and decays all weapons that are in the game. You mitigate this by fusing items to your weapons<\/strong>. Although this will work for the entirety of the game, fusing items into pristine weapons will make you a lot stronger.<\/p>\n

Pristine weapons are weapons that were not decayed by the Gloom. They have a diamond mark next to their names to show that they are pristine. If you are looking for pristine weapons, you will have to go to The Depths<\/strong>. The overworld and the Sky Islands do not have any Pristine Weapons. You will find them being held by shadowy figures that look like soldiers.<\/p>\n

How To Get More Pristine Weapons In Tears Of The Kingdom<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As you are traveling in The Depths, you will see several shadowy figures that are holding pristine weapons. Once you pick up the weapon, the shadowy figure holding the weapon will vanish. Does that mean that a pristine weapon will never spawn again at that location? Well, thankfully that’s not the case. The Blood Moon will actually cause more pristine weapons to appear<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There is a working theory right now that you will first have to use and break a decayed weapon<\/strong> before it spawns in The Depths as a pristine weapon. So if you use a decayed Zora Spear and it broke, pristine Zora Spears should enter the pristine spear pool in The Depths.
