The second half of Honkai Star Rail 1.2 is finally here! New events, new characters, and new missions all await Trailblazers as soon as they log into the game. This is, arguably, one of the most hyped-up updates in Honkai Star Rail history, as the highly-anticipated Stellaron Hunter herself, Kafka<\/a>, is finally making her debut as a playable character. <\/p>\n

Alongside Kafka’s appearance in the limited event Warp, players will also be able to complete her Companion Quest. This quest will involve traveling to various locations, defeating certain enemies, and interacting with colorful characters. <\/p>\n

However, Kafka’s Companion Quest<\/a> is a little bit different from others we have seen in the past. At a certain point during the Companion Quest, without spoiling too much, Kafka will make the player an offer. Trailblazers will then be given the option to either accept or decline that offer. <\/p>\n

So, if you are curious about what happened during each choice’s outcome, we have the answers you need. This article will cover exactly what happens if you decline Kafka’s offer in Honkai Star Rail. <\/p>\n

What Happens If You Decline Kafka’s Offer In Honkai Star Rail?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you choose to decline Kafka during her Companion Quest in Honkai Star Rail, the quest will simply end. <\/strong>Yes, really, if you reject Kafka’s offer enough times, similar to the hidden Herta Space Station Easter Egg<\/a> the quest will simply come to a close, and you can skip it entirely!<\/p>\n

Now, a few things that should be noted if you choose to go down this path. Firstly, the achievement for completing the Companion Quest, True Free Will<\/a>, is still obtainable no matter what option you choose. <\/p>\n

Similarly, any and all rewards acquired from completing the quest will also be added to your inventory if you decline Kafka’s offer. Essentially, the only reason to play through the Companion Mission in its entirety is to read the lore.<\/p>\n

Players wanting to get back to the new events or who are too busy to play through an entire Companion Quest will definitely be pleased that this option is here. This is a great way to give all players as many rewards as possible without punishing those who do not have time to play through the entire Companion Quest. <\/p>\n
