Now that it&#8217;s been out for some time, we can finally take a look at the revamped mod system and put together what we consider to be <strong>top-tier Meta builds<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But what makes a build good? Well, it all depends on what you want to do. If you&#8217;re a PVE fanatic, you might find more value in builds that are better for burst damage and survivability. Collecting these floating little ice crystals will refund your melee energy. This is great news for us because we&#8217;re going to be using that melee as often as possible while creating orbs and generating more and more grenade energy. <strong>In tandem with the Hoarfrost-Z turning your barricades into even more Stasis Crystals<\/strong>, the sky&#8217;s the limit on what you can freeze. This one isn&#8217;t super complicated, but missing a beat will basically make it fall apart. This is great because not only does it provide the same benefits as the Rally Barricade, but it also slows nearby targets when cast. This really is the core of this build and if you don&#8217;t have it yet, go run some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/destiny-2\/lost-sector-rotation\"><strong>Legend or Master Lost Sectors on Chest day<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadk\">Class Setup<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Super:<\/strong> Glacial Quake<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grenade: <\/strong>Glacier grenades<\/li>\n<li><strong>Class Ability<\/strong>: Rally Barricade&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Melee: <\/strong>Shiver Strike<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jump:<\/strong> Catapult Lift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We want the <strong>Rally Barricade here for the faster recharge rate<\/strong>, but either choice is still going to produce the Stasis Barricade.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadl\">Aspects<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tectonic Harvest:&nbsp;<\/strong>Shattering a Stasis crystal creates a Stasis Shard. Collecting Shards recharges your melee energy!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Howl of the Storm:<\/strong> This is our first choice because of the melee\/slide combo. This makes it so that when you activate your charged melee while sliding, you create a wall of Stasis Crystals which freeze targets and create Stasis Shards when destroyed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You can also roll with Diamond Lance instead of Howl of the Storm<\/strong>, which can lead to great interaction with the rest of the build, especially in enemy-dense encounters. I recommend giving them both a try and rolling with whichever one you prefer!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadm\">Fragments<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Whisper of Fissures<\/strong> increases the damage and size of the burst of Stasis when you destroy a Stasis Crystal or kill a frozen target<\/li>\n<li><strong>Whisper of Rime<\/strong> grants a small amount of Overshield when collecting Stasis Shards that lasts 10 seconds. Collecting more Shards extends its duration and adds to the Overshield<\/li>\n<li><strong>Whisper of Chains<\/strong> reduces incoming damage when you&#8217;re near frozen targets or friendly Stasis Crystals<\/li>\n<li><strong>Whisper of Conduction<\/strong> makes Stasis Shards tract to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadn\">Armor Mods<\/h3>\n<p>Outside of Stat Mods, you&#8217;ll want to min\/max for ability uptime to further lean into the Grenade, Melee, and Class Ability spam that this build is all about.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Head Mods:<\/strong> I recommend <strong>Ashes to Assets, Harmonic Siphon, and Heavy Ammo Finder<\/strong> for more orbs, more super energy, and heavy ammo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arm Mods:<\/strong> I recommend <strong>Grenade Kickstart, Momentum Transfer, and Bolstering Detonation<\/strong> for additional ability energy when using and damaging targets with abilities<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chest Mods:<\/strong> I recommend <strong>Emergency Reinforcement<\/strong> and whatever damage reduction mods of your choosing. Emergency Reinforcement is crazy strong right now and a requirement for high-end content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leg Mods:<\/strong> I recommend <strong>Stasis Weapon Surge, Recuperation, and Innervation.<\/strong> These will grant you additional Stasis weapon damage as well as additional health and ability energy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mark Mods:<\/strong> I recommend <strong>Time Dilation, Bomber, and Outreach<\/strong> for longer Armor Charge duration and increased cooldowns on grenades and melee charges.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jado\">Weapons<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kinetic Slot:&nbsp;<\/strong>A rare Non-Witherhoard recommendation, but <strong>Ager&#8217;s Scepter is a fantastic Kinetic slot option.<\/strong> This Exotic Trace Rifle causes final blows to generate a <strong>slowing burst around defeated targets that will freeze them and spread similarly to the poison of Necrotic Grips<\/strong> when killing frozen or slowed targets. It&#8217;s a ton of fun to use in mid- to high-end PVE.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Energy Slot:<\/strong>&nbsp;The choice here is yours, but I recommend using something like a crafted Forbearance Grenade Launcher or an SMG or Pulse Rifle! Something that <strong>balances a bit more against your Ager&#8217;s Scepter<\/strong>. I love the <strong>Insidious <\/strong>Pulse Rifle from Vow of the Disciple but go crazy here.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heavy Slot: <\/strong>Again, this is completely up to you. I do recommend at least a Stand heavy weapon again. Next would be a <strong>minimum of 60 Strength<\/strong>, but anything higher is obviously better. The rest of the stats are entirely up to you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadq\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>This build requires a bit more care about how you&#8217;re using your abilities, but as long as you&#8217;re supporting your teammates, this can absolutely stand up with the best of them. I recommend testing this out in a <strong>Legend or Master Lost Sector<\/strong> or even taking it into a couple of Grandmaster Nightfalls just to see how you like it and what you&#8217;d like to change!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1gtdn7jadr\">Best Stasis Titan PVP Build: Mr. Sniffles<\/h2>\n<p>There&#8217;s going to be a good amount of Deja Vu with this build if you just put your Stasis PVE build together &#8211; the only thing we&#8217;re changing about the subclass is a single Fragment! This build is largely the same thing, but we&#8217;re going to try to get more grenade energy by shattering Crystals so that the grenade\/melee loop feels more appropriate for PVP. Despite Bungie&#8217;s best efforts, <strong>the No Time To Explain Exotic Pulse Rifle <\/strong>remains a nearly-perfect option for PVP, so let&#8217;s get crazy with it.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Energy Slot:<\/strong> Let&#8217;s continue the theming with being a gross Ape in the Crucible and run a shotgun like <strong>Mindbender&#8217;s Ambition<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heavy Slot:&nbsp;<\/strong>This is completely up to you. Just like the PVE build, you might have more fun running Diamond Lance in PVP than you first realize, so go in and run with this as a great starting point and build on it from there.
