The very first step of unlocking Hydro Traveler is to unlock Fontaine, and you can do it by completing Archon Quest Prologue: Act Ill “Song of the Dragon and Freedom,” if you haven’t already. After that, the Teleport Waypoint that has been unlocked for Travelers on the northeast side of the Realm of Farakhkert will get unlocked. Activate the Teleport Waypoint, and from there, you will have to ride the Waverider to arrive in Fontaine. <\/p>\n

Once you arrive at Fontaine, you will see the Statue of the Seven in front of you, and all you have to do is interact with it. Once you do, equip Traveler and interact with the Statue of the Seven again, and you will get an option to Resonate with Hydro. Select it, and the Traveler will get Hydro abilities. <\/p>\n
