{"id":5213,"date":"2020-05-27T15:48:36","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T15:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/street-fighter-v-final-season-dlc-five-new-fighters"},"modified":"2024-07-19T08:13:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T08:13:29","slug":"street-fighter-v-final-season-dlc-five-new-fighters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/street-fighter-5\/street-fighter-v-final-season-dlc-five-new-fighters","title":{"rendered":"Street Fighter V\u2019s final season of DLC announced with five new fighters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After teasing an announcement yesterday (Tuesday 26th June), Capcom has revealed plans for &ldquo;Season V&rdquo; of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/street-fighter-5\/the-top-10-street-fighter-players-of-all-time\">Street Fighter V<\/a>: Champion Edition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"traffective-ad-Content_1_608848\" style=\"display: none;\" class=\"Content_1\"><\/div>\n<p>Following the conclusion of Season 4 with character Seth back in February, it wasn&rsquo;t clear whether Capcom would continue supporting the title.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The developer has now confirmed it most definitely will, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capcom-unity.com\/2020\/05\/27\/sfvce-developer-blog-may-2020\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">announcing plans<\/a> for &ldquo;Season V&rdquo; in a blog post which will be the final season of DLC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new season will add five more fighters to the title, with three additional stages also planned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/street-fighter-5\/capcom-pro-tour-online-2020-start-date-schedule\">Capcom Pro Tour Online 2020 &#8211; Start date, schedule and format<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Details on the characters or stages weren&rsquo;t mentioned, although they promised more announcements to come in the summer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They also announced&nbsp;a costume contest, where players can submit their own ideas for new character outfits from the current roster.
