Valorant <\/strong>has been out for a couple of years now and has undergone some massive changes to make the gameplay experience much better. With new Agents and new maps being introduced on top of system changes, the game has seen some much-needed improvements. Now that we’re in Episode 8 Act 1<\/a>, there’s even more content on the horizon.<\/p>\n

In Episode 8 Act 1, Icebox<\/a> will be making a return to the map pool, and with it, one map will have to leave competitive and unrated queues. Down below, we’ll go over the current map rotation for Valorant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With all of the new maps that have been introduced to Valorant<\/a>, not all of them can be on the rotation list for competitive gameplay. The reasons vary but this is largely to make sure that the competitive playlist for Valorant isn’t crowded with too many maps.
