When it comes to modern in-depth city builders, few have reached the heights of Cities Skylines, first released back in 2015. Now, in October 2023, Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive are set to bring its sequel, Cities Skylines 2, into play. Much like the original, Cities Skylines 2 will allow players to design, build and maintain their own cities and suburbs, this time with more room to utilize.

Cities Skyline 2 will feature a more dynamic world, where each citizen has their own life path that brought them to the city and will shape their residency. Dynamic weather will influence some of the troubles that each city will face; excessive snow could fall in the Winter months, whereas Summer could bring in risk of floods. This sequel is shaping up to bring a more immersive experience to the world of Cities Skylines.
