He got his flame-spewing abilities after getting stuck in a campsite set ablaze by a bipedal Colossus.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When he regained consciousness, he could conjure fire from his hands. That was his cue to start training to be a Descendant, which he eventually became. Now, he&#8217;s most notably known as the &#8220;battlefield chef.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hacsqqtj5\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Blair&#8217;s Skills in The First Descendant<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Blair is a DOT dealer in The First Descendant, which means he&#8217;s good at dealing damage over time. Putting enemies on fire also increases his critical hit damage, giving him an extra advantage in the heat of the situation.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">His active skills include:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Extinguish<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Retrieves Stoves on the battlefield and restores Mana. Retrieving Stoves increases DEF for a short period of time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Burn Taste<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Spurts flames forward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Enemies near the flames&rsquo; arrival point are inflicted with constant damage and Burn effect.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Deadly Cuisine<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Throws a large fireball forward. <\/span>Large fireball splits into small fireballs, causing extra explosion. Explosion damage inflicts Burn effect and creates Stove on the ground. Stove deals constant damage to nearby enemies and inflicts them with Burn effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">His passive skills include:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pitmaster<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: Critical Hit Damage increases when attacking enemies in Burn state. <\/span>Critical Hit Chance increases depending on the number of Stoves on the battlefield.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blaze up<\/strong>: Spurts flame to deal damage to nearby enemies and creates Stove. <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Stove inflicts constant damage and Burn effect to nearby enemies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hacsqqtj6\">Is Blair Playable in The First Descendant Open Beta?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes, Blair is playable in The First Descendant open beta.
