Recently, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet<\/strong> have undergone some changes that a lot of players are staring to check out. With the launch of The Teal Mask DLC, fans are heading back to the game once more, excited to find all of the new Pokemon<\/a> that have been added.<\/p>\n

Although the number of new Pokemon is low this time around, it’s still worth checking out due to how deep competitive Pokemon battles can get. Adding Pokemon like Fezandipiti<\/a> risks changing up the competitive meta. In order to stay on top of it, players should know how to catch these new Pokemon. Here, we will go over how to catch the new Legendary Pokemon named Munkidori in Scarlet and Violet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How To Find Munkidori In The Teal Mask DLC In Scarlet And Violet<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the new Teal Mask DLC<\/a>, there’s a brand new storyline for players to follow. In that story, players will learn of The Loyal Three, of which Munkidori is part of. Players will also get the opportunity to battle Munkidori a few times within the DLC storyline, but not be able to catch it. So how do players actually capture this Pokemon?<\/p>\n

First, players need to make sure that they have completed The Teal Mask storyline before looking to catch Munkidori. Thankfully, Munkidori isn’t too difficult to find once the DLC has been completed. Players will need to go to the Wistful Fields<\/strong>. Munkidori is right next to the lake in the Wistful Fields where players battled its Titan form before.<\/p>\n

How To Catch Munkidori In The Teal Mask DLC In Scarlet And Violet<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Now that Munkidori has been located, catching it is the next step. The first thing that players should always try is using a Quick Ball on the first turn<\/strong>. Quick Balls have the highest capture rate on the first turn so it’s always worth a shot. If that fails to work, players should use one specific Pokemon to help make catching Munkidori easier.<\/p>\n

Kingambit is the perfect counter to Munkidori<\/strong>. None of the moves that Munkdori has will do any damage to Kingambit. Use Thunder Wave and False Swipe to easily bring Munkidori to 1 HP while being Paralyzed.
