In Moonstone Island<\/a>, you will indulge in plenty of rigorous activities like farming, exploring dungeons, fighting wild spirits, and more. All these activities cost Stamina, and once your character’s Stamina runs out, it becomes unconscious, thus ending the day. <\/p>\n

As such, it’s best to keep an eye on your stamina, especially when you’re indulging in strenuous activities like chopping trees or traversing with a broom or a balloon. While you can temporarily regain your stamina by consuming items like Stonefruit, there’s a way to permanently increase it. Here’s how to permanently increase stamina in Moonstone Island.<\/p>\n

How to Improve Stamina in Moonstone Island<\/h2>\n

You can increase stamina in Moonstoon Island by completing dungeons. To complete a dungeon, you must defeat the final boss. Once the boss is down, head inside, and you will find a mysterious purple tree. It’s called the Ando tree. Interact with the Ando tree to permanently increase your stamina in Moonstoon Island. <\/p>\n

There are over 100 procedurally generated dungeons in Moonstone Island, and while we haven’t cleared all of them, we found an Ando tree at the end of every single one we did. <\/p>\n
