For players looking to truly take advantage of this method, there’s even a way to use a turbo controller for some easy passive income in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It’s all thanks to Dipplin<\/a> and the lovely Syrupy Apple used to evolve it.<\/p>\n

Infinite money cheat revealed in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC<\/h2>\n

While players have had the option to beast their way through the Academy Ace tournament for months to grind money in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet<\/a>, the downfall to that method is that you’ll need a team capable of powering through the tournament reliably and the time to do so. Fortunately, a pricing discrepency has revealed a new infinite monye cheat in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet via The Teal Mask DLC.<\/p>\n

As players dive into The Teal Mask and explore Kitakami, they’ll come across a variety of new and returning Pokémon<\/a>. We first saw Applin in Pokémon Sword and Shield<\/a> when it had the ability to evolve into Flapple or Appletun depending on the evolutionary item it was exposed to.<\/p>\n

The Teal Mask added the Syrupy Apple item which allows players to evolve Applin into Dipplin, one of the new Pokémon in this first DLC release. You can purchase these at a little shack in Mossfell Confluence, which is located in the bottom right corner of the Kitakami map. They cost 500 Pokédollars each, but you can subsequently sell them at Peachy’s in Mossui Town for 550 Pokédollars. Rinse and repeat for some quick cash.<\/p>\n

How to use a turbo controller to passive grind easy money<\/h2>\n

While players can use this method to easily grab that last bit of scratch they need to purchase something, doing it manually can get a bit tedious. Without the ability to buy the Syrupy Apple in bulk, a single button press per 50 Pokédollars may not be worthwhile for players.<\/p>\n

However, anyone who has a turbo enhanced controller for their Nintendo Switch is in luck. If you can stand in front of the shack and get a turbo A button press going, you can set the controller down and allow the game to passively mass purchase Syrupy Apples in bulk. There is a catch, as the game allows you to keep buying even when you’ve reached the 999 Syrupy Apples bag limit, but you’ll only be able to sell 999 when you go to cash in. <\/p>\n

In our testing, the best method is to setup your controller and a timer for right around one hour. In a full hour, you’ll have purchased 800+ Syrupy Apples and be close to the maximum without too much risk of going over and wasting Pokédollars while doing this. Fly to Peachy’s and sell them in bulk, and you’ll net around 45,000 Pokédollars for your trouble.<\/p>\n

While you can arguably get better money by actively playing the Academy Ace Tournament with the Happy Hour, Gholdengo<\/a>, Amulet Coin combo, that method requires a lot more attention that this one.
