One of the most recent ones was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon\/sleep-launch-north-america-europe-release\">Pokemon Sleep<\/a> which is a game on the mobile app that lets players track their sleep and catch Pokemon. We are soon going to get another spinoff and it is called <strong>Detective Pikachu Returns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This game is not like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon\/pokemon-unite-codes-free-pokemon-gems\">Pokemon Unite<\/a> as it is not a live-service game and it is a completely contained story. Players will have to work with a talking Pikachu and solve the various mysteries that they are confronted with. (Picture: Nintendo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As obvious as it may sound, <a href=\"https:\/\/detectivepikachu.pokemon.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Detective Pikachu<\/a> is a mystery game. Mystery games are good because they are essentially puzzle games. What really carries a puzzle game are the puzzles themselves and the story surrounding the puzzle. Because of that, mystery games tend to be shorter. <strong>The original Detective Pikachu was 14 hours long<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>So how long will Detective Pikachu Returns end up being? <strong>We expect Detective Pikachu Returns to be around 21 hours long<\/strong>. Although that is not confirmed yet as no one has played it, we are going based on the fact we expect more content in the sequel compared to the prequel. We expect Detective Pikachu to be at the shortest 21 hours and <strong>at the longest 30 hours<\/strong>. Detective Pikachu Returns will be a mystery game but it will not be too difficult. At the end of the day, Detective Pikachu Returns is aimed at a younger audience, and for that reason, the puzzles should be a lot easier to beat than other mystery games.<\/p>\n<p>There could also be additional content that might be added to Detective Pikachu Returns. Maybe an extra mystery or additional challenge puzzles. This could add to the length of the game however, the base game is what most players are going to go for.
