Fortnite<\/a> fans hold a special place in their heart for the Chapter 1 map. It was a simpler time, with iconic POIs and more traditional weapons to use. For many it was the map that switched on a love of Fortnite. Since then, the map has undergone a huge amount of changes and alterations, with constantly shifting POIs and bizarre weapons entering the weapon pool.<\/p>\n

But many are hoping to return to easier times and, as such, have been hoping to see the Chapter 1 map make a return in some form. So, could the OG map be coming back?<\/p>\n

As of October 27, 2023, Epic Games has revealed that the Chapter 1 map will be coming back to Fortnite. A brief image teaser was posted to the official Fortnite X account, with an image of the Battle Bus and the caption: “Sprint (or Mantle, your choice) back to Chapter 1….see you soon 11.3.2023.”<\/p>\n
