More than likely, that game will be named <strong>Grand Theft Auto 6<\/strong>. This is after months of rumors and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/gta-6\/alleged-voice-actor-teases-his-involvement-with-the-game\">teasers<\/a> that have been circulating the internet for quite some time now.<\/p>\n<p>In no time at all, we will get an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/gta-6\/rockstar-announced-trailer-early-december\">official trailer<\/a> for GTA 6 which is very exciting for fans. We have gotten a new Grand Theft Auto game in over 10 years now. With this announcement, many questions are starting to pop up. One of them being <strong>will GTA 6 be a direct sequel to GTA 5?<\/strong> Keep reading and we&#8217;ll do our best to explain how it all fits together.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1heq79efs2\"><strong>Is GTA 6 A Direct Sequel To GTA 5?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The answer to the question &#8220;Will GTA 6 be a direct sequel to GTA 5&#8221; is likely to be<strong> a little bit of &#8216;yes&#8217; and a little bit of &#8216;no&#8217;<\/strong>. The fact of the matter is that most new GTA games take place after the previous game. However, they are more than often not direct sequels. This is so players can jump into the GTA series at any time. We already know there are new original characters in GTA 6 thanks to the numerous leaks that have happened. We have seen no proof of GTA 5 characters making their way to GTA 6. But that could very well change once the game launches.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1heq79efs3\"><strong>Will GTA 5 Characters Be In GTA 6?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There is <strong>a strong chance that GTA 5 characters will make it to GTA 6<\/strong>. It might not be the main cast like Trevor or Franklin, but it could be any of the side characters that lived at the end of the game. The possibilities are wide open. Unless Rockstar is setting up GTA 6 to be in the past, it is likely that GTA 6 will feature some GTA 5 characters.
