Her primary strength is crowd control with a lot of freeze effects that will slow, root, and stun her enemies.<\/p>\n<p>Each of her abilities has some kind of a CC effect, with her Q providing slow and blind, W is a zoning tool with&nbsp;slow and potential stun, while her E grants her mobility both for offensive plays(knockback and slow) and as an escape tool. While active, this Shield grants Unstoppable and restores up to 35% maximum<br \/>\nHealth.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 40 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Snow Blind [Q]<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Throw a snowball that hits all enemies in an area. Enemies hit take 70 damage, are<br \/>\nSlowed by 35%, and are Blinded for 1.5 seconds.<br \/>\n-Cost: 35 Mana.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 10 seconds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Blizzard [W]<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Command Snowball to create a blizzard at the target location for 2 seconds. Enemies<br \/>\nwithin the blizzard take 13 damage every .25 seconds and are Slowed by 7%, stacking up<br \/>\nto 35%. When the blizzard ends, enemies within its area take an additional 75 damage<br \/>\nand are stunned for 1.25 seconds.<br \/>\n-Cost: 70 Mana.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 14 seconds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Icing [E]<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Slide quickly in the targeted direction. When this effect ends, enemies near Mei are<br \/>\nknocked back, take 52 damage, and are Slowed by 80%, rapidly decaying over 1.5<br \/>\nseconds.<br \/>\n-Cost: 70 Mana.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 14 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heroic Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Avalanche [R1]<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n-After .5 seconds, roll a massive snowball that consumes enemy Heroes in its path. At the<br \/>\nend of its path, the snowball crumbles, releasing the consumed Heroes, dealing 220<br \/>\ndamage and stunning them for .5 per Hero consumed.<br \/>\n-Cost: 70 Mana.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 65 seconds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ice Wall [R2]<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-After a .75 second delay, create an impassible wall that traps enemy Heroes hit for 2.5<br \/>\nseconds. When the wall expires, trapped Heroes are slowed by 75% decaying over 3<br \/>\nseconds.<br \/>\n-Cost: 60 Mana.<br \/>\n-Cooldown: 90 seconds.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mei Heroes of the Storm Talents<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Talents<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 1<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Heavy Pack [Q]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Increases the duration of Snow Blind&rsquo;s Slow by 100%. Each time Blizzard<br \/>\ndamages an enemy Hero, reduce the cooldown of Snow Blind by .125 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Ice Storm [W]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Every 3rd hit of Blizzard against enemy Heroes deals an additional 45 damage.<br \/>\nBlizzard&rsquo;s final stun damage is increased by 125% against all enemies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Heat Transfer [Passive]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Basic Attacks against Rooted, Stunned, or Slowed Heroes deal 33% more<br \/>\ndamage. Each time Mei Stuns or Slows an enemy Hero she heals for 18 Health.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 4<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Slushball [Q]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Snow Blind deals 50% increased damage and Structures hit are disabled for 3<br \/>\nseconds.<br \/>\n<strong>o Cold Front [E]<\/strong><br \/>\n* If Mei enters her own Blizzard while Icing is active, the cooldown of Icing is<br \/>\nreduced by 7 seconds and she gains 50 Mana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Crystallize [Trait]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Reduce the cooldown of Cryo-Freeze by 15 seconds. Mei gains 50 Spell Armor<br \/>\nwhile Cryo-Freeze is active and for 2 seconds after.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Induce Hibernation [W]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Enemy Heroes inside of Blizzard&rsquo;s area have their damage dealt reduced by 40%.<br \/>\nWhen Blizzard ends, enemy Heroes within its area gain this effect for an<br \/>\nadditional 4 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Skating Away [E]<\/strong><br \/>\n* When Icing ends, grant Mei and nearby allies 20% Movement Speed and 50<br \/>\nPhysical Armor for 3 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Backup Battery [Active]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Activate to remove all Roots and Slows and regenerate 20% of maximum Health<br \/>\nover 2 seconds. The cooldown of this ability is reduced by 10 seconds each time<br \/>\nMei picks up a Regeneration Globe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 13<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Flurry [W]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* While in her own Blizzard, Mei gains 50% increased attack speed and Blizzard&rsquo;s<br \/>\ncooldown refreshes 75% faster. If Mei is in her own Blizzard when it ends, gain<br \/>\nthese bonuses for 3 additional seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Cooling Servos [Trait]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Basic Attacks Slow their target by 20% for 1.5 seconds. While Cryo-Freeze is<br \/>\nactive, Mei&rsquo;s Basic Ability cooldowns recover 200% faster.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Polar Vortex [Passive]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Using an ability causes Mei to deal 24 damage a second to nearby enemies for 4<br \/>\nseconds. Enemy Heroes damaged by this effect also have their movement and<br \/>\nattack speed Slowed by 20%.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 16<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Fresh Powder [Q]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Snow Blind gains an additional charge and its range is increased by 33%.<br \/>\n<strong>o Black Ice [E]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Icing&rsquo;s Slow effect no longer decays over its duration. Icing deals 300% more<br \/>\ndamage to enemies very close to Mei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Acclimation [Passive]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Each time Mei Slows or Stuns an enemy Hero, the damage she deals and healing<br \/>\nshe receives is increased by 1%, stacking up to 20 times. While at maximum<br \/>\nstacks, Mei also gains 10 armor. Lasts 8 seconds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Level 20<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>o Cascade [R1]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Reduce the cooldown of Avalanche by 25 seconds. While traveling, Avalanche<br \/>\nconstantly launches a volley of untalented Snow Blind snowballs ahead of itself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o Shatter [R2]<\/strong><br \/>\n* When Ice Wall expires, trapped enemy Heroes hit take 210 damage and have<br \/>\ntheir Armor reduced by 25 for 5 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>o The Big One [Q]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Every 15 seconds, your next Snow Blind has 66% increased area and 200%<br \/>\nincreased damage.<br \/>\n<strong>o Flash Freeze [Trait]<\/strong><br \/>\n* Upon taking fatal damage, Mei instantly gains Cryo-Freeze.
