The Slide Canceling animation brings a whole new way to move around during Multiplayer<\/a> in Modern Warfare 3. Here, we are going to go over how to slide cancel in Modern Warfare 3 <\/strong>and how it can benefit gameplay.<\/p>\n

Slide Cancelling is actually not too difficult of a mechanic in Modern Warfare 3<\/a>. To Slide Cancel, you’ll first need to be spriting. While in the sprinting animation, you’ll need to press the crouch button twice. After that’s done, cancel out the slide by pressing the jump button very quickly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So the combination is sprint, crouch, crouch, jump<\/strong>. It will take some time to get used to if you’ve never Slide Canceled before. However, once this technique is mastered, you won’t want to go back to anything else. Slide Canceling is a mechanic that will really elevate the flow of the game for those who know how to implement it properly.<\/p>\n

On top of being able to move quickly, Slide Canceling makes it much harder for enemies to hit you<\/strong>. This is due to the fact that players are moving up and down very quickly and moving from point A to point B at faster than normal speeds.
