In the early hours of the morning on 27 November 2023, Echo claimed a historic world-first kill against Mythic Fyrakk, thereby clearing the Amirdrassil raid and becoming the WoW Dragonflight Season 3 champions. How did they pull off such a feat, narrowly beating Team Liquid in the process?

Well, with world-class skill, 344 pulls on Fyrakk alone before the kill and a whole lot of determination. With the race now complete, we take a look at Echo’s raid team composition, including roles, classes, specs, and the average item level (iLvL) of each player.

Pull number 344 where Echo finally defeated Mythic Fyrakk with an interesting raid comp! (Picture: Echo)

The composition is a bit interesting, using four healers (two Priests!), two tanks, and 14 DPS, including a Feral Druid in the setup to take Fyrakk the Blazing down on Mythic difficulty in the Amidrassil raid.

Check out the full raid composition from Echo (as per WoWHead’s data), including roles, classes, specs, and the average item level of each player on their historic world-first kill below.

If your favorite spec isn’t present in the Mythic Fyrakk world-first kill, don’t worry. This was, of course, the first-ever kill, and it does not mean your spec won’t work in Normal or Heroic difficulty, and other compositions can work against Mythic Fyrakk as well!

In case you didn’t watch the race to the world-first Amirdrassil raid clear, check out the video from Echo below, with the final pull taking place 11 hours and 15 minutes into the video.
