Some of these cosmetic items are acquired by beating very difficult pieces of content in FFXIV. Some require the completion of a quest or a series of quests. Well, think again. It should be noted that these marks can spawn randomly and at various times of the day, meaning players will likely need to be part of several Linkshells to stay on top of things.
