Silent Hill: Ascension<\/a> has been the subject of major controversy since its release, from complaints about microtransactions<\/a>, to issues with the interactive series’ video player and disagreements about the quality of the series’ writing. Admist fans’ complaints about the interactive Silent Hill series are allegations that the series was actually written by AI, rather than a team of real people.<\/p>\n Genvid CEO Jacob Navok posted a response to the allegations on his Twitter\/X account, claiming that “every word in Ascension was written by real people.”<\/strong> He notes that the team has worked on other major titles and with major brands, naming Telltale titles, Pixar, GoW Ragnarok, and Resident Evil Village.<\/p>\n “Across our 100,000+ words, zero are authored by LLMs or AI,” he added.<\/p>\n
