Whispers in the Walls<\/a> is the next chapter in the decade-long ongoing story of Warframe. It puts the spotlight on Albrecht Entrati, the mad Orokin scientist who disappeared after conducting experiments on the Void and continues to be so even to this date. <\/p>\n

If the recent artworks and trailers are anything to go by, Whispers in the Walls is shaping up to be an exciting noir mystery that will answer a decade-worth of burning questions and set the stage for next year’s Warframe 1999 expansion. <\/p>\n

Whether you’re new to Warframe or planning to return after a hiatus, you may wonder exactly how to start this exciting new Warframe chapter. We don’t blame you, especially since Warframe has dozens of story quests, and navigating them can be overwhelming.<\/p>\n

Long story short, there are some prerequisites for starting the Whispers in the Walls expansion in Warframe, and here’s what you need to know about it. <\/p>\n

How To Access Whispers In The Walls In Warframe<\/h2>\n

To start Warframe Whispers in the Walls, you must complete Heart of Deimos<\/strong> and New War<\/strong> questlines. The Heart of Deimos quest could take about 2 hours, whereas the New War quest could take about 6 hours to complete. However, reaching up to New War is a different ordeal, and expect to spend a significant amount of hours in the game before you gain access to this quest. <\/p>\n

Unfortunately, there’s no way to skip story missions in Warframe. Digital Extremes did discuss adding a “Story Skip” option in Devstream 174, though decided against it after gathering community feedback.<\/p>\n

However, it’s working to bring an alternative solution to this problem, which, hypothetically, should make story quests more accessible to new players. After the Whispers in the Walls update, story quests will no longer have a Mastery Rank requirement.<\/p>\n

It should eradicate the real-life time it takes to rank up. For instance, five real-life days to reach Mastery Rank 5. Will it make navigating a decade-worth of story quests any easier? Probably not, but it’s better than nothing.<\/p>\n

The silver lining is that some of these quests in Warframe are really good and flesh out the overall narrative of the game in meaningful ways. Whispers in the Walls is quite the milestone in Warframe’s story, not just because it paves the way for Warframe 1999 and the future of the Origins system but also because it answers some of the most burning questions that have eluded fans for years.<\/p>\n
