Narcotics affect the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/ark-survival-ascended\/torpidity-effect-explained\">torpidity<\/a> of creatures by increasing the amount of torpor (a shorthand for torpidity) that a creature or player currently has. You can administer the Bio Toxin directly by placing it into the enemy&#8217;s inventory once they&#8217;re unconscious, but to knock them out, you can craft the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/ark-survival-ascended\/tranquilizer-ammo-craft-use\">Shocking Tranquilizer Dart<\/a> using the Bio Toxin once you reach level 96, which knocks enemies out much faster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here&#8217;s the Shocking Tranquilizer crafting recipe:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 Bio Toxin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 Metal Ingot\/Scrap Metal Ingot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tranquilizer Dart.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now that you know what Bio Toxin is and how it functions in the game, let&#8217;s discuss how you can gather this powerful resource and possibly even farm it in the game.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">How To<\/span>&nbsp;Get Bio Toxin in ARK Survival Ascended<\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bio Toxin can only be obtained from one creature on the Island, the <a href=\"https:\/\/ark.wiki.gg\/wiki\/Cnidaria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Cnidaria<\/a>, a jellyfish-like creature that swims in the oceans of the Island and uses both poison and electrical attacks. The first is to hunt them down in the water using dinos that are immune to the Cnidaria&#8217;s venom, which include the following dinos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Beelzebufo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Spinosaurus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Basilosaurus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tusoteuthis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pelagornis<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Alternatively, you can swim around and attract as many of them as you can, then swim towards the shore, leading them into shallow water.
