Illicit Trade is the following main quest players complete once they’ve met Subira at the end of the Extravagant Expectations quest. Taking up residence at Ormuu’s Horn Inn<\/a>, they can get acquainted with the Watcher by raising their Friendship level<\/a> and completing her Friendship quest.<\/p>\n However, as indicated in her letter, she has more pressing matters to attend to, which is evident as she has a task for players to complete. Arriving at her room, she’ll explain the history of Kilima Village as a trading network between Bahari Bay before the town continued to develop.<\/p>\n As these trade routes between the two locations had long since disappeared, a few remained, however, being used to transport items, including Flow-infused items illegally. As she’s unable to expose her position as a member of The Order, she’ll ask if players can investigate a location in Bahari Bay marked on the map, which is somewhere near the cliffs at Pulsewater Plains.<\/p>\n The exact location is beneath the bridge southwest of the Pulsewater Plains Fast Travel Board<\/a>, as players will need to look for a small Juniper tree with some rocks surrounding it. They’ll find a rather suspicious package buried by the tree, which they can retrieve before returning to Subira.<\/p>\n Once at Subira’s room at Ormuu’s Horn Inn, they can hand over the package; however, its contents remain a mystery and something she won’t divulge with players before concluding the ques. Nevertheless, after completing the quest, they’ll receive five Flow-infused Planks<\/a>, 500 Gold, and 15 Renown<\/a> from Subira, mailed to them in a letter from her.<\/p>\n\n
