In this no-nonsense guide, we explain where the Red-Cloaked Horror boss spawns in Diablo 4’s Fractured Peaks region, which event you should attempt to complete, and the boss’ loot drops, so let’s put on those festive hats and leap in!<\/p>\n

For three weeks, from 12 December 2023 to 2 January 2024, Fractured Peaks has been taken over by a demonic invasion and goatmen led by the sinister Red-Cloaked Horror figure.<\/p>\n

The Red-Cloaked Horror is a random spawn, so you will have to keep an eye on your server’s chat and ride across the Fractured Peaks zone looking for this seasonal boss. To be clear, there is no set spawn location for the Red-Cloaked Horror<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We do, however, have a way of helping you face the Midwinter Blight boss faster. The boss also spawns during the Mastery of the Blighted Revelry event, so watch out for any events popping up and join in.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, we can confirm that a Midwinter Blight special event spawns in Southwestern Fractured Peaks, with other locations still unknown.<\/p>\n

Blizzard gives us hints as to how you might come to face the Red-Cloaked Horror boss in Diablo 4’s Midwinter Blight event, stating:<\/p>\n

This local event is not for the faint of heart or stomach. The Blightfiends have taken time to revel in their own handiwork by erecting totems to honor their ruthless savagery. Punish the Blightfiends for defiling the Fractured Peaks residents and you might come face-to-face with their sadistic overlord, the Red-Cloaked Horror.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
