One of the most anticipated announced expansions for World of Warcraft<\/strong> is The War Within. Players have been beating the Amirdrassil<\/a> raid and completing the end-game content for Dragonflight. With players completing their Dragonflight experience, The War Within is the next step for this MMO.<\/p>\n

It will be a massive step because The War Within will add the highly anticipated Hero Talent Tree<\/a> to the mix. The Hero Talent Tree will be a new way for players to customize their characters. Here, we will go over everything we know about the Lightsmith Paladin <\/strong>which we got a preview of thanks to Blizzard.<\/p>\n

Lightsmith Paladin Hero Talent Tree For WoW The War Within<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Regarding Hero Talents in WoW The War Within, each class will have three Hero Talents but each Specialization within that class can only choose two. For the Lightsmith Paladin, only Holy and Protection Paladins<\/strong> can choose to be a Lightsmith Paladin. It makes sense as the Lightsmith Paladin is about protecting yourself, allies, and healing. Here is the Lightsmith Paladin Hero Talent tree players can expect (talent tree info via Blizzard<\/a>):<\/p>\n

LIGHTSMITH KEYSTONE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Holy Armaments:<\/strong> Will the Light to coalesce and become manifest at a target location as a Holy Armament<\/strong>, which may be wielded by you or your allies. Alternates between Holy Bulwark and Sacred Weapon. Lats 20 sc after being cast. Max 2 charges.<\/p>\n

Holy Bulwark<\/strong>: While wielding a Holy Bulwark<\/strong>, gain an absorption shield for 15% of your maximum health and an additional 5% every 2 seconds, stacking up to 30%.<\/p>\n

Sacred Weapon<\/strong>: While wielding a Sacred Weapon<\/strong>, your spells and abilities have a chance to deal additional Holy damage or healing.<\/p>\n

LIGHTSMITH ROW 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Choice Node: <\/strong>Rite of Sanctification & Rite of Adjuration<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Rite of Sanctification<\/strong>: Imbue your weapon with the power of the Light, increasing your armor by 5% and your primary stat by 1%. Lasts 1 hour. Weapon imbue.<\/li>\n
  • Rite of Adjuration<\/strong>: Imbue your weapon with the power of the Light, increasing your Stamina by 3% and causing your Holy Power spenders to sometimes unleash a burst of healing around a target. Weapon imbue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Solidarity<\/strong>: If an ally picks up an Armament<\/strong>, you also gain its benefits. If you pick up an Armament<\/strong>, a nearby ally also gains its benefits.<\/p>\n

    Choice Node:<\/strong> Divine Guidance & Blessed Assurance<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Divine Guidance<\/strong>: For each Holy Power ability cast, your next Consecration<\/strong> does additional Holy damage or healing split across all enemies, up to a fixed total.<\/li>\n
    • Blessed Assurance<\/strong>: Casting a Holy Power spender increases the damage and healing of your next Crusader Strike<\/strong> by 100%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      LIGHTSMITH ROW 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Laying Down Arms: <\/strong>When an Armament<\/strong> fades from you, the cooldown of Lay on Hands<\/strong> is reduced by 15 seconds, and you gain Shining Light<\/strong> or Infusion of Light<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Choice Node:<\/strong> Divine Inspiration & Forewarning<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Divine Inspiration<\/strong>: Your spells and abilities have a chance to manifest a Holy Armament nearby.<\/li>\n
      • Forewarning<\/strong>: The cooldown of Holy Armaments is reduced by 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Choice Node:<\/strong> Fear No Evil & Excoriation<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Fear No Evil<\/strong>: While wielding an Armament the duration of Fear effects is reduced by 50%.<\/li>\n
        • Excoriation<\/strong>: Enemies within 5 yards of Hammer of Justice’s target are slowed by 15%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          LIGHTSMITH ROW 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          Shared Resolve: <\/strong>The effect of your active Aura is increased by 33% on targets with your Armaments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Valiance<\/strong>: Consuming Shining Light <\/strong>or Infusion of Light<\/strong> extends the duration of any active Armaments <\/strong>by 3.0 seconds, or reduces the cooldown by 3 seconds if none exist.<\/p>\n

          Hammer and Anvil:<\/strong>Judgment<\/strong> critical strikes cause a shockwave around the target, dealing additional Holy damage or healing at the target’s location<\/p>\n

          All of the talents and skills for the Lightsmith Hero Talent tree involve enhancing the Holy Armaments<\/strong> and increasing the effectiveness of spells. The final Capstone for players in this Hero Talent Tree will give players even more Holy Armaments to play with to give themselves the advantage.<\/p>\n

          The Lightsmith Capstone is called Blessing of the Forge: Avenging Wrath<\/strong>. This summons an additional Sacred weapon and during Avenging Wrath, the Sacred Weapons casts spells on targets and echoes the effect of Holy Power abilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
