The open-world survival and crafting game Palworld<\/a>, akin to Pokemon with guns, is releasing both on PC and Xbox consoles (Early Access) on Jan. 19, 2024. As a multiplayer co-op experience, many gamers might be wondering if Palworld is a crossplay title.<\/p>\n

For those who plan to explore the mysterious Palpagos Island with friends, we’ll explain Palworld’s crossplay and cross-save availability<\/strong>, so let’s jump in.<\/p>\n

We are just going to cut to the chase right now. Palworld does not support crossplay<\/strong> between PC and Xbox consoles at the Early Access launch.<\/p>\n

In a FAQ post on Steam, the developers at Pocketpair did explain that:<\/p>\n

Not at launch, but we are working to make this a possibility as soon as possible!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At the time of writing, there is no indication when crossplay functionality will come to Palworld.<\/p>\n

Does Palworld Feature Cross-Saves?<\/h2>\n

Palworld does not feature cross-saves between platforms. This might change in the future, however, so we will update this section of our guide once we know more.<\/p>\n

The developers do plan to add a server\/save transfer method later on in development, which means cross-saves might be coming to Palworld. For now, however, your character is bound to your world and is not shared across servers or single-player.<\/p>\n
