Fans of Palworld<\/a> know by now that the game has multiplayer, but how exactly does it work, are there any PvP elements, and how many players can be on one server? That’s what we are here to answer.<\/p>\n

Palworld’s Multiplayer Co-Op Explained<\/h2>\n

You can play Palworld with up to three (3) friends in a party via the game’s multiplayer co-op system. It really is that simple. You can just start a multiplayer game and invite your friends to join in your world to fend off poachers, explore Palpagos Island, do dungeons, farm, or just catch some Pals<\/a> together.<\/p>\n

How Many Players Per Palworld Server? Answered<\/h2>\n

Palworld servers can hold up to 32 players at Early Access launch. If you want more players on your server, then there’s some good news! The developers explained that:<\/p>\n

The maximum number of players playable on the same server will also be increased in a future update.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Players can also host dedicated servers and create guilds together! You can also play Palworld offline<\/a>. However, there is no crossplay functionality<\/a> at launch.<\/p>\n

Does Palworld Have PvP?<\/h2>\n

Those looking for some PvP action in Palworld will be disappointed…at least during the Early Access launch. Developer Pocketpair is testing PvP in Palworld, so there’s a good chance the game will get it in the future. Pocketpair explains:<\/p>\n

PvP will not be supported at the initial release. However, we are currently testing PvP internally and experimenting with different approaches. We want to find the right type of PvP that fits Palworld and when it is ready, we will share news with you all.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At the time of writing, there is no indication of how long after the game’s Early Access release on Jan. 19, 2024, a PvP system will be implemented.<\/p>\n
