Plenty of fans have been jumping into Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 <\/strong>since launch. One of the most important aspects of playing multiplayer in Call of Duty is matchmaking.<\/p>\n

Matchmaking has always been a topic for discussion between players, especially when it comes to ranked<\/a>. Here, we will go over whether players should expect bots during Call of Duty Matchmaking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Are There Bots In Call of Duty: MW3 Matchmaking?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To put it simply, no, are no bots in Call of Duty Matchmaking<\/strong>. Whenever players launch a game of Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer, the lobby will be populated with actual players rather than being filled with bots. <\/p>\n

There are some game modes within Modern Warfare 3 that does include AI opponents, mixed in with actual players, by design such as Invasion. But these bots will never take up a space in the lobby. <\/p>\n

Will There Ever Be Bots In CoD Matchmaking?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

According to the post<\/a> that Activision made, there is a chance that bots could be used in CoD matchmaking in the future<\/strong>. The post says that if there is a change to the bot policy in the future, they plan on informing the community. So the door is open for bots to be used in the future if needed.<\/p>\n

That will likely happen if, after a long time, the game lobbies cannot be filled with enough actual players. This will usually happen after the launch of a new Call of Duty game and the current game dies out in popularity. Either way, we will get a notification from Activision if bots are going to be added in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
