The GOAT of Counter-Strike, Ukrainian superstar Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev, is going to play his very first Counter-Strike 2 (CS2)<\/a> event soon, following a break that has lasted several months.<\/p>\n

While s1mple is still under the Natus Vincere (Na’Vi) banner, he will play his first CS2 tournament with Falcons on loan from Na’Vi, and everyone’s excited for the GOAT to return!<\/p>\n

In a short but sweet post, Na’Vi explained the situation, stating:<\/p>\n

Legendary NAVI player Oleksandr «s1mple» Kostyliev will temporarily suspend his inactive status for an upcoming tournament. Oleksandr will perform for Team Falcons for one month as a stand-in, including at BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024, and try to help the team earn one of two slots at BLAST Spring Final.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

s1mple took to Twitter (X) to thank Na’Vi for the opportunity and retweeted Team Falcons’ post about him joining the squad on loan.<\/p>\n
