Now, many players have made it clear that it would be nice to see this feature added to the game, especially since the games compared to Last Epoch, Diablo 4<\/a>, and Path of Exile 2<\/a> both feature WASD controls. Just last year, YouTuber K3nergy shared that they had reached out to Eleventh Hour Games asking about the potential movement options being added.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, in their response<\/a>, they said that while further controller optimization is in the works, WASD is not. To quote the spokesperson for Eleventh Hour directly, “Unfortunately at this time there are no plans to do a WASD movement option, but we are looking to continue optimizing our controller capabilities.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Sadly, this might be bad news for many players who prefer the less rigid movement system of using WASD controls, but thankfully, you can use a controller on a PC to get a similar result. When it comes to full-on WASD controls, however, we’ll just have to wait and see as time goes on, and more features get added; WASD controls might just be one of them.<\/span><\/p>\n
