Nightingale<\/a> is a Victorian fantasy-inspired survival game where players must learn to propser within the bizarre Fae Realms. The game can be enjoyed solo or with a team of friends<\/a>, but one of the requirements seems to be that players must remain connected to the internet at all times.<\/p>\n

It’s become a common trend with modern titles requiring a constant server connection at all times, even when the game can be played fully solo. For many, it’s frustrating, and leads to some uneven gameplay if a player’s internet connection isn’t up to scratch. So what about Nightingale? Can it be played offline?<\/p>\n

In what will no doubt be disappointing news, players will need an internet connection to play Nightingale<\/strong>. The game cannot be played offline, even when playing solo. It’s a requirement that isn’t quite up-front and center when looking to purchase the game, but it can be found in the game’s system requirements on Steam:<\/p>\n
