Each realm offers a different biome, various creatures, resources and more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The key to accessing these new and different realms is by activating a certain combination of Realm Cards at Fae Portals. (Picture: Inflexion Games, screenshot: Alexandra Hobbs)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1hn8of7bt5\">How Do Realm Cards Work In Nightingale?<\/h3>\n<p>The first thing you need to know is that Realm Cards come in three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong>Biome&nbsp;<\/strong>&mdash; This could be Forest, Desert, or Swamp and dictates the overall type of world that will generate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong>Major Cards&nbsp;<\/strong>&mdash; These can generate certain NPCs, enemies, locations and more.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><strong>Minor Cards&nbsp;<\/strong>&mdash; These can affect the smaller things in the world, like weather conditions, the type of resources you&#8217;ll find, and things like that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The way you use these cards will also differ. When generating a new Realm, you&#8217;ll need to head to a portal where you&#8217;ll be required to place a Biome Card and a Major Card. Minor Cards can be used within a Realm, but you&#8217;ll need to find a <strong>Realmic Transmuter <\/strong>somewhere on the map.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1hn8of7bt6\">How To Find More Realm Cards In Nightingale<\/h3>\n<p>There are plenty of ways to stumble across Realm Cards. For the most part, you&#8217;ll be looting them from containers or crafting them yourself. These containers can be found within a Realm&#8217;s POIs and special locations, which usually means you&#8217;ll be fighting your way through The Bound.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The cards you find in these containers will likely be Minor Cards, but they can be a useful way to turn the tide in your favor across any Realm. You can also find Biome Cards and Major Cards in major locations, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/nightingale\/get-out-of-antiquarian-site-of-power\">Sites of Power<\/a>, usually by progressing to the end of the location and defeating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/nightingale\/defeat-fabled-automaton-knight\">the boss<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1hn8of7bt7\">How To Craft Realm Cards In Nightingale<\/h3>\n<p>Biome and Major Cards can also be crafted, but to do this you&#8217;ll need a number of different crafting materials, plus an <strong>Enchanter&#8217;s Focus<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll also need to unlock the blueprints to craft certain Cards, which can be purchased from Essence Traders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To build an Enchanter&#8217;s Focus, you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1x Lumber<\/li>\n<li>2x Ingot&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>5x Glass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To create each of those items, you&#8217;ll need a Smelter, Mortar Station, and Sawing Station.
