DreamHack has long been the 3rd party tournament organizer of choice for Fortnite and as part of the announcement of the Chapter 2 Season 3 competitive calendar we also got confirmation that a monthly DreamHack event was on its way. That’s right, monthly, so by January 2021 we will have had six DreamHack tournaments, each with a $250,000 prize pool. There will be tournaments for NA East and West, and Europe with the first being a Solo tournament scheduled for 17-25th July.<\/p>\n

July’s tournament is a Solo event which anyone is eligible for. If you don’t reside in Europe or North America you can still take part but will obviously be at a disadvantage due to ping. It works in three stages, with two heats to kick it off that act as open qualifiers. <\/p>\n
