Now that you know how this works, let’s discuss the Druid’s Elune’s Chosen Hero Talent Tree. Players choosing this Talent Tree will start with a Keystone Talent that offers you a choice between the Tree’s two specializations (Balance and Guardian) and end with a Capstone Talent that also offers you this same choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on how you start will determine which node in the tree unlocks next, but you can always choose both once you have a skill point to spend on the previous node. Boundless Moonlight:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Fury of Elune<\/em> (Balance and Guardian) now ends with a flash of energy, blasting nearby enemies for Astral damage.<\/li>\n
  • Full Moon<\/em> (Balance) calls down 2 Minor Moons that deal Astral damage and generate 3 Astral powers.<\/li>\n
  • Lunar Beam<\/em> (Guardian) now causes you to leech life equal to 10% of all damage dealt to enemies within the beam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Each non-arcane damaging ability you use increases the damage of your next Arcane damaging ability by 3%, stacking up to 3 times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Atmospheric Exposure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Enemies damaged by Full Moon<\/em>, Fury of Elune<\/em>, or Lunar Beam<\/em> take 4% increased damage from you for 6 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Choice Node: Moondust and Elune’s Grace<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Moondust:<\/em> Enemies affected by Moonfire<\/em> are slowed by 30%.<\/li>\n
              • Elune’s Grace:<\/em> Using Wild Charge<\/em> in Bear Form<\/em> or Moonkin Form<\/em> incurs a 3-second shorter cooldown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Choice Node: Stellar Command and Lunar Calling<\/strong><\/p>\n

                • Stellar Command:<\/em> Increases the damage of Full Moon<\/em> by 15% (Balance). Increases the damage of Lunar Beam<\/em> by 30% (Guardian.) Increases the damage of Fury of Elune<\/em> by 15% (Balance\/Guardian.)<\/li>\n
                • Lunar Calling: <\/em>Starfire<\/em> deals 40% increased damage to its primary target, but no longer triggers Solar Eclipse<\/em>. Thrash<\/em> now deals Arcane damage, and its damage has increased by 12%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Choice Node: The Light of Elune and Astral Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • The Light of Elune: <\/em>Moonfire<\/em> damage has a chance to call down Fury of Elune<\/em> to follow your target for 3 seconds and generate 18 Astral Power or Rage over its duration.<\/li>\n
                  • Astral Insight:<\/em>Incarnation: Chosen of Elune<\/em> and Incarnation: Guardian of Ursoc<\/em> increase Arcane damage from spells and abilities by 10% while active. Convoke the Spirits<\/em> duration and number of spells cast increased by 25%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Choice Node: Arcane Affinity and Lunation<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    • Arcane Affinity:<\/em> All Arcane damage from your spells and abilities are increased by 3%.<\/li>\n
                    • Lunation:<\/em> Your Arcane abilities reduce the cooldown of Fury of Elune<\/em> by 2 seconds and the cooldown of New Moon, Half Moon, and Full Moon<\/em> by 1 second. Your Arcane abilities reduce the cooldown of Lunar Beam<\/em> by 3 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      The Eternal Moon:<\/strong><\/p>\n
